It has a lot of functionalities like Autotag, Rename (from ID3), organise, CD Ripper, CD Burner, Mp3 Player, and a lot of other functionalities. Also, it has a great support department, very careful to users. Well, is not so intuitive. I recomant this product for the multitude of functionalities and rich content. It's a powerful application which everyone should have.

Several years back I thought this was the best tagging app around. But it fails to address my single biggest issue: setting "Album Artist" tags, and despite numerous requests in his forums, the developer steadfastly ignores the issue. Add to that the sloppiness of the code, such as incorrect data placed in the Windows Installer database (claiming to be a generic "MFC Application"), and I get the impression that the application does what the developer needs it for, and he's not really interested in developing any further. Since my needs and his have diverged, so goes my rating of the application.

"Good utility for your MP3s" Better than most other Tag-editors, it's very easy to change the information in the tags. Only for MP3s. Unlogic function to make tags from the filename or to clean bad tags. Both the install and running the software will crash if you use antivirus software. Antivirus software must be switched of when you use this software, very bad. When Zortam fix this I will give the software 4 stars.

"A very good Tag-editor" Flexible and very useful with tags, but only for MP3. With some antivirus software, this software crash. You've got a virus warning you not could erase. It's very easy to destroy all your Tags with this software. Support only tells you to load the latest version

"Auto tag only works in Pro version." I didn't try the player, I downloaded to auto-tag but this function only works in the pro version. MP3 Auto-tag function only works in the pro version.

Makes filing of chaotic files very simple. Saves huge amounts of time when dealing with large amounts. Actually finds a fair number of album art covers ( 20% electronica for ex) finds a few lyric files (like 10 % ish of electronica) You have no reviews about your product. You have no Instructions for your product. (help menu isnt the same thing) You should have a library that learns. ya know? You need to have info tags when curser pauses over places !! like really. I should be rewarded for being the first to review, and credit, your program. After 10 years of serious digital collecting, when i installed itunes, it was chaos. 38,000 files of chaos. This is why i didnt install itunes untill now. When i installed your program from download, i had no idea that i had a song limit for your tagging capabilities. Maybe i didnt read far enough into blah blah blah, but i felt kind of missinformed. I got like 100 songs kind of tagged, and then you hit me up to purchase pro. This is where my first complaint came in. Your product had no reviews, and i had no idea of what i was really purchasing. I gave it a shot, because from what i saw i liked what was being read and catgorized. I got the lifetime membership for 33 bucks Canadian, and i gotta say, I LOVE IT. I had to figure out everything on trial and error, the help menu sucks, and there is no actual instructions. Maybe there is old instructions for old versions of this program, but i couldnt be bothered with even more digging for trying that. you need to have info bars pop up when i stop my cursor over areas on the screen. like come on its not actually hard for your program to do that. my roomie will hook u up . serious. your website needs an instruction manual. "Beware - It's Not Free" None. It says free so when the "5 day trial" box showed I removed it. Didn't try it. See Pros above.

Nothing. hard to use, no customer service and erased all my ID3 info. No support, Zortam erased all my ID3 information in itunes. This program is junk. I paid $37 for this program and it erased my tags in itunes. I had to manually go through my library and re- enter the information for my song collection. i tried 5 different times to contact them for support and got no response. buyer beware.

Does what it says. Easy to use with lots of options. Has a user friendly GUI and is as good as they come. large data base and online lookups. this version only allows 50 uses, so if you have a large amount of media, this is not for free For the purchase price, this program may be the only thing you need for your media transfers.

??????????????? Can't do anything unless you want to re-type every song back in after you lose id3 info. Tigo Tago was f&$king everything up. So Have fun I'm going back to typing over 400gb of music by hand since there is not a product that can do it for me. Garbage Junk Pain In Ass waist of time

Finds Lyrics, and is a highly functional tagging program. High promise Buggy and odd. There is so much to like but the interface is uneven and it crashes. I don't think you could use it very realistically as your every day player. The suite of software that constitutes the studio may not be the best way to take advantage of the things it does best. Tagging. Use the tagging engine and another program to manage and play your music.

No pros for this tool. What this tool does, so many other tools can do, yet this tool does not respect users and does not comply with international code of ethics. The tool is classified as Free tool, yet, after you download and install it you find out that it's free to TRY. Now you have to un-install the tool or go ahead and buy it; yeah, like someone will do that... It is against all codes of ethics to mis-classify your toll in order to market it. If your tool is a trial and you want to sell it for money, go on and say that, and gain people confidence... Above all, gain your self respect.

free and it looks good after installing and running program, getting told about zortam mp3 media studio pro trial is 4 days! ok since its free for basic version
