LinkCollector is a bookmark manager for storing, edit and easily copy bookmarks of browsers. The program effectively works with a lot of URLs, it can group Internet links into categories and possesses a good set of features and a nice intuitive interface. LinkCollector is a comfortable tool for managing and searching for the necessary links, for importing bookmarks from such browsers as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Chrome and for combining them into one database. One of advantages of the program as compared to browsers is validity of links. There is a possibility to verify all bookmarks automatically, or verify only need link. Search of duplicates will allow you to clear bookmarks of unnecessary, duplicated links.

"good idea" A good idea to manage the list of favorities links I would prefer a list of links more explorer's style with folder and subfolder interface. I couldn't found how import my Explorer Favorities or Firefox bookmarks

Straightforward functionality. UI is clean and spare. Light and speedy. Very few failures. Possibly a bit too simple. UI could be improved. Status checking and favicon location need refinement. This is a nice little piece of software -- good enough that I switched to it from the bug-ridden, cycle-hogging Link Commander. It doesn't do as good a job of status checking as AM-Deadlink, though. It falsely reports failure on some sites with wierd returns. Its approach to handling favicons is superior to AM-Deadlinks, but it doesn't search quite as deeply and it's slower than AM-Deadlinks at refreshing icons for lack of multi-threading. All in all, I like it. It just needs a bit of refinement.

Limitations: Yes What limitations????????????? A Demo without below......hahaha! Uninstaller: NO ! What....... ! Demo stuck on a machine with files where? Will not even play with this toy with unclear information and no uninstaller ! People expect and demand more from products.! You give us less than most and no reason to download you for try out ! 1 stars for not enough information regarding limitations and no uninstaller !

If a program of this type is of interest to you, I suggest also taking a look at Linkman Pro, which supports all these features and includes in-browser features for IE and Firefox.

The program have not any limitations. Only nag screen. The program have not installer - this is PORTABLE version.
