Complete clean removal of software including registry traces. none, it's great! Revo does exactly what it says, nothing more and nothing less. I have been wishing for a program that would allow me to do a clean removal of software with out the headache of digging through the registry afterward and here it is. If you are having a problem with a piece of software and re-installation isn't fixing the issue try uninstalling with revo first. Another great thing is that you no longer needing to fear all the junk getting left behind in your registry by that programs default uninstaller. If you install and un-install a lot of software on a regular basis this is a great thing. Thanks Revo Group!Special mention to LifeHacker for featuring this software which lead to me giving it a try.

Don't know yet as it still hasn't really helped me. Cannot locate and find programs even when software that is trying to be installed will not install because this program will not find it. Frankly it just didn't perform as I had expected.

not only does it uninstalls the program,it finds all the leftover files and folders and registry items and gets rid of them too. sometimes i 'm a little hesitant about deleting the registry items.i uninstalled i-tunes and it came back with almost 4,000 items to delete.

It goes in to the registry to get all the leftovers that windows uninstaller doesnt want to touch. Ummmm.....I dont have a con yet and I have been using this program for about a year and a half. I work in a retail store and I recommend this to all my customers over anything I sell. I actually use this to repair computers I work on.

Removes a ton of things you wouldn't think of unless you're a computer programmer :) None really, especially since it's free.

It's not bad, not as good as some others, but why all that added crap that is bundled with all cheapware these days ?

Rated 50/50 by 24mutt at Jul 23, 2010

It gives you control over what gets deleted after an uninstall, it doesn't just assume what must be deleted, unlike other programs. Nothing I can think of. Great program and a must have, I like the portable version.

Free, Easy to download, Relatively easy to use, works better than windows uninstaller programs, removed even extra files that other programs don't get rid of Not totally clear on how to use program, but once you try it the first time you sort of figure it out. I just love this. Had virus software that failed and although updated was still indicating that my definition files were outdated. Tech support for the software unable to help with resolution. Could not uninstall the program using Windows uninstaller (Vista). Could not redownload and reinstall. Ran a diagnostic test to send to tech support for product to see what other suggestions they could come up with. Then I found Revo uninstaller, downloaded it, ran it and bingo first try it uninstalled my virus product and did it thoroughly including registry files. Was able to reinstall the virus software with no problems and everything is fine. Great and safe little program, my laptop is once again running smoothly. Thank you CNet for recommending this product.

One of the things i love about this software is that it just removes all unwanted registry keys related to the software being uninstalled, thus a clean, user friendly un-installation, without any side-effects on your PC! None so far... Super worthwhile download and it's FREE FREE FREE!

A good uninstaller in it's own right. But the developers are wrong if they think they can ignore people who are using Win7x32 or x64. For this attitude, I give them just 3 stars. For those of you guys who miss Revo on these new OSes, I have just a simple message "Miss it not". If you want just the uninstall capability of Revo, you can use the link below to download IObit advanced uninstaller from CNet http://download.cnet.com...;subj=dl&tag=button. This is every bit as good as Revo. Or better still get the full IObit toolbox from Major Geeks, which has several other useful tools http://www.majorgeeks.com/IObit_Toolbox_d6503.html. I have used both software on Win7x64 and let me tell you the toolbox is a real gem. Beats the daylights out of anything that Revo can offer.

Sadly, one of the most stubborn bugs still has not been fixed; the good old window resizing problem, when returning to the uninstall window from any of the smaller sized windows of Tracks Cleaner. Most of the other bugs have successfully been fixed. There seems to be a misunderstanding on this review board as I saw many posters complained about the price. Revo Uninstaller is a free version, although the author has released a shareware version in the meantime, the Revo Uninstaller Pro that costs $39.25. The Revo Uninstaller remained free. Only the payee pro version has full 64-bit compatibility . Also, the screenshot up there seems to be incorrect as it shows the pro version.

Uninstalls even the deepest rooted programs fast and reliably.Added advantages are that you can jump to the registry entry,or search the web for some programs forgotten or inadvertently installed. None at all. A must-have especially for geeks who love trying out lots of programs..

Does what it says. Removes a lot of junk left behind by programs. I am not looking forward to paying for the 64bit version. Really good. Wish the 64 bit version was free. Other than that, its really good.

Very powerful tool. Gets rid of programs that Perfect Unistaller, Error-Expert, Windows Add/Remove doesn't. None I've observed. Does thorough search after it runs the program's uninstaller to find leftover files, folders, and registry entries. Shows you clearly what to delete manually and also shows leftover folders giving you the choice to delete them or not. This is trully a FREE and effective, powerful tool. Would highly recommend. Would never use Windows Add/Delete Program again!
