I like this program, it's base functionality would be great for someone on the go, a student or just someone that wants to organize their thoughts. The price is right and I believe it's very good- but early. I was a KEYNOTE user along time ago, but KEYNOTE development stopped and there were a lot of performance issues with it... But if you're searching for a direct replacement for Keynote- look at MyNotesKeeper; it can import Keynote files. It's shareware, but has lots of functionality and feel of Keynote. It can also publish to WordPress. Just trying to help... Until next time, LEHenryJr LEHSYS.com

I like the feel of this organizer, intuitive and easy to use for a fairly newbie to this type of program. Just looking forward to possible table insert module to make it easier for old eyes to align numbers and notes in columns. Thanks for this program, I do recommend it! Bruno

The confusion begins when it seems this belongs to *FREEWARE* software. Therefore people download it thinking that you'll get those cool features for free. Now, if you like it and you wanna pay for it, it's up to you. But please, don't put this under freeware category showing those features, the *FREE VERSION COMES WITH LIMITED FEATURES*. That's all. If you wanna pay, go and pay for it, that's the only way to have all the features those wrongly appear here, they are not free. As shareware software it's great, as freeware software it's useless.

Nice notes program, but I don't know if you need all the "categories" to sort through. I'm spoiled on a notes keeper called VectorNotes, because it works just like google search bar...type in any word or phrase, and it goes directly to your note.

Copy paste of pictures into the notes (De Luxe version only)Software automatically backs up when and where you want it to.Speed on openingIn the system tray ready at any time.'Close to tray' feature which saves clutter. The range of colours available for the skins could be improved perhaps but that just a personal thing. A really excellent organiser with a host of uses. I love the copy paste of pictures into the notes (De Luxe version only) and that the software automatically backs up when and where you want it to.This is a viable contender in many respects for MS OneNote (which I also have/use extensively) but has the distinct advantage of speed on opening and that it is in the system tray ready at any time. I also appreciate the 'close to tray' feature which saves clutter on the bottom bar.The hierarchical tree structure is useful and less cluttered than the equivalent in OneNote.I would thoroughly recommend this very useful tool and it is well worth the relatively small purchase cost. Configure it any way you want. The publisher calls it "natural" in it's ease of use. It is. I needed a little support, had some questions after downloading the free trial, had a problem with the pay portal - all received amazingly fast support. A couple of teeny, inconsequential quirks, easily resolved, involving text formatting. This is the first free package that I've upgraded to the paid package in years. It's just plain fun to use and does way more than one would expect considering its ease of use. The free version does quite a bit too. Updated on Nov 13, 2010

This is an incredible organizer from Vlad and Nadiya in Ukraine. These two published one powerful program and it's unbelievably flexible and easy to learn. The tech support (if you need it) is the best - responsive. The text formatting isn't always perfect but they're working on it constantly to improve it. I paid for the full blown version - the first time in years I've paid for software, couldn't live without it!

Why is this still promoted as "freeware"? Bait and switch? I rated it at 1 because as 'freeware' it sucks.

The totally free ver website is listed among these comments: scroll down a little. Separately, for those of you who b**** about a free app; if you can do better why don't you? The developer is contributing something for nothing while the rest of you whine.

OldGeek is totally correct. It's baitware/nobbleware masquerading as freeware.
