I liked it. I liked that it carried all its own codecs, and seemed to be more solid than KMPlayer, although it doesn't seem to have all the features of KM, and has a bigger footprint.

The ease of use and the file types it covers. takes somewhat longer to learn io use.

Works.Easy subtitlingClean.User friendly install, bug fix, update Just very happy to have it available.[I WILL send $$, I promise!, I DO The best aspects for me were to have an alternative to Cyberlinkwhich was the whole thing for me on Windows, because I usuallydelete M$ Media Player. Old hatreds die slowly.AND..good on several OS(s)...Chrome too?...so I can share P2P movies across the board.THNX!P.S. Just did 1.1.4 actually so never used 1.1.2, but.....

It can read all media files unlike other media player No cons that i discover yet VLC Media Player is a must have on your pc!

Works everything, especially if you have some codec problems on your PC.Easy on resources, unlike KMplayer for example.Easy to use. Ugly, didn't accept skins from its site without losing something like the bar on full screen mode.Slow to start. Recommend for everyone. You must have it, not like your default player, because there will always be something that you can't open with any other player.

it plays almost all the media files unlike real player and windows media player which gives VLC an upper hand... nothing i could remember of. This player is unbelievable, it has so many great features and above all its free. The audio and video quality is far better than other players.

You dont need anything else. It will play any vid file that is playable. There are no cons for this programme

Opens everything,much better than premium players. It updates almost every week,it�s tedious,they should launch bug fixes updates not so frequently. THE BEST PLAYER AROUND.

Plays everything, very small and easy to use. The advanced features can be difficult to use. This is a must have to play all the audio/visual files out there. Very small footprint and plays files with no effort at all. Just wonderful.

Totally agree with FatBastar.d's post. With 1.1 a Set Up Associations option was added and changes can be made after installation. Until then it only could be configured during installation. However, they managed to create many new bugs, and later versions have more and more. Too bad, for a great program. Now, changing set up associations crashes the program and changes that were made remain ineffective. Hopefully they can make it right in the near future, but as they couldn't do it from V 1.1 to 1.4 I gave up any further attempts to upgrade, too.

This is the only media player I have besides WMP.It plays everything and perfectiy too.If something doesn't play on VLC,then it probably won't play anywhere else.Very clear audio and video quality. I find it boring going to the website to download skins.It would be nice if the developers incorporated it in the software. The best media player out there.Give it a try.

It plays everything.You can select secondary audio tracks, turn subtitles on/off, you can set hotkeys and mess with codecs, and do all sorts of other cool things I will probably never do lol. It's free? Should probably pay for something this good! If you have troubles getting WMP or other video players you use to playback certain video files this program is almost certain to work in it's place.

This is the Best Media Player of All Time I'm Glad i Downloaded It i also use this media player for My Youtube Videos and i Can Always Rely On This Great Media Player ! Their is one Thing i don't like about this product is that the picture is no that good.
