My laptop would not shut down automatically. I had to hold the button down to force it to shut off. I Uninstalled this bloatware and problem instantly went away. This software in NOT recommended.

Back in the 6.0 and 8.0 days this utility was great... now it is a monstrosity. Installs services always running in the background, limited system tweaks, a giant bloated package.

I have used it on both my PC's and it takes care of everything. I have it set to do everything that needs to be done and it does it. I set it to tell me what it has done when it it finished. No complaints! Great product. D.O.C.

Plenty of utilities that touches every aspect of your system.Work silently and in the background doing the good work.Keep your system efficient at all time.Constantly update and release new features.Does what is promise, even more. Nothing till now and I am using for more than 2 years. This is the best software as per my opinion in his domain.I does everything to keep your system clean and efficient.It has plenty of features,some which are unique to it.It really worth the price.

Looks Nice and Installs Easy Windows Turbo feature completely disabled Windows Indexing (Search). I was evaluating this product after so many excellent reviews. I just clicked on the Windows Turbo feature to see what it could do to shut down non-essential programs. I did NOT click the "permanent" option. After Tune-Up Utilities Turbo Boost is invoked Windows Search icon (Magnifying Glass) appears in System Tray and shows in Task Manager as active but is hung. Repeated reboots did NOT bring it back. Cannot launch Windows Search from Programs list either. Called Tech Support during business hours and no one was there to answer. Left message. Also sent email and got back automated reply. After nearly 8 hours still no phone or email response. My only recourse was to use System Restore to get this dangerous software off my system. Thankfully that worked and this nightmare with zero support is long gone from my system. They really expect people to pay good money for this?

Can label music and find cover art like it says. Have to pay for upgrades even with lifetime membership. Not as easy as it looks on tv.Doesn't always get the right cover art. Cover art feature on iTunes works better.Can't use TuneUp until you buy the upgrades. TuneUp is only slightly better than labeling all your music yourself. If you only have a couple of things that need to be fixed, then save your money and spend a weekend working on fixing your library. You can't clean the entire library at once. If you have hundreds of songs that need to be fixed, then buy it for a year and hope you don't have to pay for upgrades.

this is the best utilitynew version is 10.0.4010.20 now fix the overview of all function when switching to it.. then closing the application.. open it again overview of all function will be the default view! thats nice slow startup.. thorough registry scanning not performed best good interface safe cleaner! but now 2011 version is slow startup may improve i hope on 2012

nice idea but badly executed Totally overpriced.Unfriendly to uninstall and therefore a hassle since it doesn't go away.Their freebie-system did not work properly; it's just a way to pull you into this service. Bottom line: very annoying

Very good at optimizing computer and fixing problems. I also think that the disk space part of the program is brilliant. I use it a lot, and cannot think of any. Very useful program, and I probably use it more than any other. I would thoroughly recommend it.

nice interface fewer stars because it's expensive given the initial cost (only valid for one computer btw) and the annual expense if you want to keep it up to date didn't see anything better but maybe???
