Internet Download Manager is a tool for increasing download speeds by up to 5 times, and for resuming, scheduling, and organizing downloads. The program will resume unfinished downloads due to network problems, or unexpected power outages. The program features a full-fledged site grabber that downloads files that are specified with filters, for example, all pictures from a Web site, different parts of web sites, or complete web sites for offline browsing. The program supports HTTP, HTTPS, FTP and MMS protocols, and has an adaptive download accelerator for MP3 audio and MPEG video files. Internet Download Manager can be used to download FLV videos from YouTube, Google Video, MySpaceTV, and other popular sites. It integrates into Opera, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Firefox, MSN, AOL, and into any application that uses FTP, or HTTP protocols. Internet Download Manager fully supports Windows Vista and Internet Explorer 7.

It maximizes download speeds superbly. Its multi-functionality is also a great added advantage The product tends to loose the links that were being downloaded if you pause the download for too long

Faster than the download manager i used before. just got a server time-out on one link on one file that is not too big, anyways..not so much of a big deal.

Easy to Use and makes managing your downloads much easier. It could be more attractive. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Downloads faster than watching the videos straight So far haven't found anything I don't like - keep it free! Allows you to download multiple videos as you are prompted.

Fast, simple to use. Not "in the way" while trying to do other things. Doesn't appear to hog resources. 24.95 is a bit steep, but this is the best download manager I have ever used so I did fork over the money for it. If you are looking for a download manager this program deserves evaluation.

- Fastest- Easy to use- Best integrated On some online music playing sites, it automatically download the music file. In firefox, I use FlashGot to handle this

speeds up the download compared to normal divx downloads, utilises more than 1file to speed up the download none that I know of

It is quick and does accelerate downloads. I like the way it processes your down load buy asking what name you would like for th file and whare to place it. Rather suprized that it did not permit down loads as MP3. YOu need to get the upgrade to get teh advanced feature set. Good product, after a bit more testing i will probably buy the full version!
