nothing at all The program did not come with an uninstall, so now I can't get it off my computer. When I turn my computer on it comes on, so I shut it off, and it turns itself back on. Can't use it, can't get rid of it. I'm going to reinstall Windows anyway, so It's not that big of a deal to me, but to others out there, BEWARE!

Removes more sypware and malicious programs than anything else. Scanning is very slow, but worst of all on demand data updates (downloads) fail miserably all the time. Typically it starts to download and it's very, very slow. Onnce download finished it gives an error message and does not actually apply the update Counterspy used to be have major slowness problems, then for a couple of years this was fixed, now it has the same slow update, and a new fail to update problem. This new re-surfacing of the miserable update performance started after the company was bought by GFI. Furthermore, in order to use the free trial you have to jump through tons of hoops. This is really DUMB. Alienate your potential customers, and fail to provide fast updates and you will lose all of your customers. A terrible shame when the product was and could again be REALLY GOOD!

Finds and stops spyware of all kinds that ESET and Norton seem to miss Slow to update definitions the first time. I think some of the others writing reviews have no idea how to activate a trial. Seems a pity that they would give a great product a horrible review because of their computer illiteracy. Thats why they offer phone tech support to solve those issues. This software has caught way more than any other program I've ever had. Connected external drives I haven't used in a while my old antiviruses over the past few years never found. Even have connected known infected hard drives of friends computers to mine via USB and it found so much stuff their internet security programs missed.
