Concise, easy GUI and does what it claims to do, nothing more and nothing less .. The GUI isn't that pretty, but I'm really not into GUIs, so long as it works, that is FINE for me .. Mainly I use it, and similar apps, for duplicating Audio CDs and it works just fine; I'm sure it would work fine for duplicationg Data CDs as well ..

its free i suppose never installed, didnt want NET framework on a underpowered laptop running win 2k headine file size is <7mb with NET framework add about 70 mb MB

Great program but the author needs to stop associating with MALWARE PROVIDERS such as so-called "Registry Boosters" and the like. Garbage like that hasn't been necessary since NT4 and completely cheapens the credibility of this program. I don't care if the installation of such filth is optional; it shouldn't be there in the first place. FIVE stars reduced to ONE star until the author smartens up. We as users should execute zero tolerance of such crap.

Copied the data DVDs I needed. Didn't have an option that I could find that allowed me to make MULTIPLE copies at once. I had to re-insert the original DVD, re-copy the data and then put in another blank DVD. Not so good. Also, I can't even tell what version this is as there is no Help or About that I can see in this version.Would be a very nice program barring the difficulties listed above. I think the version I have is v4.3.2 something. I'll try downloading a newer version and see if it's different.

Simple, intuitive interface; continuously being developed, improved, and fixed; small footprint; reliable burning; can be used by anyone, including companies and other organizations. Can't think of anything. I've been using CDBurnerXP for years, and the program has found a place on my "favorites" list. It's easy to use, and the license permits installation on anyone's computer(s). It's easy to learn and use, so I find it ideal for installation on customers' machines. It may not have all the features of the retail box products, but the product is reliable, and is always being developed and improved. Bug fixes come relatively quickly.

I did not get the chance to test it because of the problem mentioned at "cons" section. When installing, it requires NET Framework, which is a big cons for me because my system doesn't support that. I see people here are very found of this software. Sorry guys for the only one star I give it. The soft might be very good as you say, but I simply can't use it because of the NET Framework issue.I hope my review is useful for people with same problems as mine.

Easy to download - Easy to USE - a nice Simple Program Not much Detail and you wonder if your on the right Set-Up All in All, IT WORKS and that is the Bottom - Line Summary It doesn't have a whole bunch of features to deal with and as mentioned -you wonder if your on the right set-up to do what you want it to do- nevertheless- it is a very Simple program without Frills and when something WORKS - you must say -YEAH!!! GOOD GOING...THANK YOU

Ease of use A dated overall appearance Excellent multifaceted burning tool well worth having. As a side benefit, it will print CD/DVD covers, albeit without any fancy niceties (just plain text).

CDBurnerXP is a free application to burn CDs and DVDs, including Blu-Ray and HD-DVDs. It also includes the feature to burn and create ISOs, as well as a multilanguage interface. Everyone, even companies, can use it for free. NO ADWARE or SPYWARE! I wish I had gotten this sooner! This is easy to use. I use the ISO feature for video games and also use this program for music cd's. My origional cd burner software expired a few years ago. I am glad I did not pay for it when I found this FREE software.

Small software that do job right, plus FREE !! No complaint for a tiny FREEware that provide sufficient features for burning !!! Lookin forward for more features included, like convert/load other image file type.

Easy to use interface, ability to burn a CD w/o gaps between songs, can apply track or album GAIN if desired, verifies the burn, variable burn speeds. I suppose it doesn't have all the bells & whistles that some other programs do, but I rarely use things like cross-fading, de-clicker, etc. It works great and it is FREE!

Excellent for keeping up with software updates, it does what it claims too much other downloads and bussiness on pages Too much other choices mixed on landing page for specific download updates
