doPDF installs itself as a virtual printer driver so after a successful installation will appear in your Printers and Faxes list. To create PDF files, you just have to print your documents to the doPDF pdf converter. Open a document (with Microsoft Word, WordPad, NotePad or any other software), choose Print and select doPDF. It will ask you where to save the PDF file and when finished, the PDF file will be automatically opened in your default PDF viewer.

No impact on systemActs as a printer - works from any program that printsConverts tablesHandles combinations of tables, graphics and texts easilyNo confusing technical options (like Acrobat Full version)No Nag screens - it really is free! Hyperlinks are not converted - but this only happens in the hugely expensive Adobe Acrobat program anyhow. Main reviewer whinged on about being bereft of features - there isn't any need.((% of people need simple pdf files - but from any program, eg: Publisher, Firefox or IE browser, paint programs, scanners and this snall and effective program does them all, pictures included with Text for FREE!If you are the 1% minority and need the high end options - buy the expensive Acrobat full version - those users would be companies anyhow - this program is designed for the home/small office user.I have no relationship with the authors, but appreciate their work greatly

Easy to use. From your word processor or other program with print options, click "print", select "doPDF" from your list of printers, click "ok", and voila! - you have a PDF document. No cons as of yet. I have been using doPDF for a couple of years now, and always update it whenever a new version/update is available. It fits my need and I am very happy with it. Thanks, doPDF.

Easy to install and operate. It creates PDFs that any PDF reader can see and they look great... and did I mention it's free? It doesn't do much, but what it does do, It does well and it does it easily. Great Price, Great Product that does what it says and you can have it for the asking. What's not to like!

Limited experience with it, but so far no problems whatsoever. It has "printed" everything I ever asked it to do. I have found no problems.

it helps me very well to convert all windows documents to PDF format . interface very human friendly and easy to install. use very little storage space on the hard drive , and use little memory and CPU resources when executed. it will be better if the program interface can remember the default folder or customer selected folder where the converted fail is saved. i would recommend this program to all the WINDOWS users .time saving , resource saving because the program occupaieslittle space on the hard drive and uses little RAM memmory when executed . easy and fast to use . very good menus.

Easy to install and works for most everything I have tried. Multi-page output for eample from MS Publisher seem to want to generate a 1-page PDF for each page of output. Fantastic!

This meets my needs. I wanted a program to save website information. I can and I do not have to worry about fonts or any part of the screen changing when I open the file. If I want to print from my printer, which is seldom, I must remember to change the printer from DoPDF to my printer.

Easy Peezy to install and use. And it works like a flash. You can convert your file from the software, or just print it to pdf from word (my word is 2003) the same as you print to file. Amazing! Not a one. This is my first time installing software on my win 2008 that 2008 didn't reject. Example. I downloaded eight softwares for cd writers for 2008, and still am looking. All I managed to do was have the cd rom become undetectable. Point being, this is the first program I installed with no muss no fuss, and it works like a flash. Perfect! Thank You CNET for posting it.

Fast, small Does not create PDF Image format, needed for stacking PDFs in Paperport. Limited settings. Formatting comes out ugly. Other products are better.

User friendly Form filling is sometimes difficult. I don't know why. On many occasions it works fine but on others it gives trouble.
