Have used it from inception without a problem! Does an exceptional job with lost files. The addition of HD capability in this release is an added bonus. Nothing I can think of!

DVD-RW showed allocated space, but no folders or files. This found it instantly and extracted them painlessly. none i can think of

I had all my files (work, home,pics) backed up onto a dvd while my computer was being reimaged. The dvd worked fine and I was slowly moving files as needed when it suddenly showed up blank. This product quickly and smoothly recovered all my files. None at all.
