AnyDVD HD 6.7.7.0

AnyDVD HD by SlySoft, Inc. Screenshot AnyDVD HD Screenshot

AnyDVD works in the background to automatically remove the copy protection of a DVD movie as soon as it's inserted into the drive, allowing you then to backup the movie using a DVD backup tool such as CloneDVD and CloneDVD mobile. You can also remove the RPC region code, thereby making the movie region free and viewable on any DVD player and with any DVD player software. It is capable of removing unwanted movie features, including subtitles and prohibition messages such as copyright and FBI warnings. It also allows you to launch an external application whenever you insert or remove a disc, or prevent 'PC-friendly' software from automatically launching when you insert a video DVD.Decryption is not all that AnyDVD offers. You can control the drive speed of your DVD drive, allowing you to reduce the noise level when watching movies on your PC. You can even adjust the display frequency of your monitor for both NTSC and PAL displays. It also decrypts protected audio CDs to allow you to copy them.

Give me a break; HD-DVD is the next Beta. The writing is on the wall in big, fat, colorful letters. 1 star because I still hate the way they screwed their customers with the Blu-Ray and HD-DVD add-ons. To all the people (or person) screaming that "It's a separate product!" I say it makes no difference! They chose to make it a separate product just so they could charge extra for it. They could have and should have rolled it into the existing product, but in order to get around their "lifetime updates" policy, they had to make it a phony "separate product".

A good update, as usual. Bug fixes, updates for new protection methods and other changes. Another well done job.

Ummm, Banshie... RE: "Secondly HD-DVD is not a dead market, Sonyfan boys just don't know about profile 2 yet." Blue-Ray Profile 2 is a Sony product.

Best program in its class. No other program removes protections as easily and transparently as this program does. I can now watch, without first ripping to hard disk, any dvd I want without any of the annoyances.

One of the best pieces of software I have purchased. Small, uses little resources, never causes a problem. Oh yea, it works flawlessly. Simply the best.

If the MPAA had any sense, they would offer these guys about $50 million for their company rather than spend a few hundred million trying to fight it. Fantastic piece of software that has been solid and stable for years now. This is one of the only commercial programs that I enthusiastically support.

Once again, Slysoft to the rescue. The only company I never regretted paying for.

Rated 50/50 by rotjong at Mar 19, 2008

It rocks! BluRay BD+ now broken! :-)

Rated 50/50 by dstream at Mar 19, 2008

sorry there isnt a 50 star box. Its the only program that has just broken bd+. It was said it would take 10 years plus and its done. There isnt another program period on the market that can do it. so bleat on about dvd fab or whatever. Its been put into the zx spectrum league. Slysoft I salute you. anydvd bd+ broken hd broken dvd all types broken dvd fab dvd fab no hd support dvd fab no BD+ support dvd ripping yes dvd fab free keys it used revoked not able to decrypt hd anymore. Hi, As far as we know, there is no real crack for aacs on hddvd/blu-ray for now. So any product which claim to crack hddvd/blu-ray, may fail on future discs. It's not like css on dvd, if you break it, all future discs is supported, and we can release update for 3rd protections like arccos, etc. So we will not release a commercial product which claim to do something, but cannot promise to do it. If there is real crack for hddvd/blu-ray, we will definitely add support for it. Best Regards, Fengtao still waiting as he used keys that got released on the net and got revoked Now we see both Blu-ray & HD keys get revoked. Is this the movies or is it the the actual drive that is revoked with the DVDFab HD program? What action causes this revocation? Is it possible to unrevoke it? Should we just uninstall DVDFabHD for now? yep I can really reall see how good dvdfab is thanks for all the great posts about it

The BD+ protection is finaly down. Great jobe.

Winkler, why would Slysoft need to attack DVDFab? It beats it in every way. I am an avid DVD back-er-uppera (technical term) and I can't tell you the amount of times people have had problems with the ripping engine of DVDFab. If you want a clean rip, use something other than DVDFab. Too many problems. Just check their forum. I cannot think of one good reason to go with DVDFab. Too many problems, too much hassle. Having a free version can't even save it! As for AnyDVD, it now does it all. DVDs and both incarnations of hi def DVDs.

winkler dead dead dead dead easy answer. do you have any dvd on your system? no? try it now read below yes therefore your a user of it through every version or update? id like a 100% used this version today comment and trial of it. If your not willing to do it and spout the usual winkler programmed reply. Im sorry but youve no right to comment on the program. till that happens your comments are just pure spam PROVE it and do a review of a used version of this beta now. On your system. Put up or shut up. Im willing to do an unbiased dvdhdfab or whatever in return. spam away or review. spam away and your estimation in everyone who views this beta will be pretty low. review it and ill have respect for you. ps. registered users will know it calls home check for update that has an enable or disable feature. hd rip if it dont have the keys its will call home "only if" you allow it to it sends a crc checksum to crack the disc protection. If you disable the call home you will have to wait for the next release a few days later with that crc in the file from what other users have sent in. so which bit of call home are you stuck on??? that concerned put a block in your firewall or up this damming evidence of all this logging of your system by slysoft? FIREWALL LOG POSTS PLEASE?? http://club.cdfreaks.com/f88/anydvd-spyware-109902/ here is cdfreaks investigation into this so called dial home feature. hmm you can turn it off never. review please

The latest update didn't add too much. It handles a newer German protection it seems. I'm a bit surprised they released an update this fast considering all they put into the BD+ release.

Do you know what the difference between your comments and my comments Charlie? Mine come from experience and facts. You delight yourself with putting people down and creating crap. Everything I have said can be backed up. Just pick something I have said and I will provide proof. Can you do the same? EDIT: I see Methsrine is the same. Anyway, I won't let your comments ruin this, another fine release Slysoft! I will soon be upgrading to the HD version because I can :)
