Atlantis is a full-featured Word Processor with an innovative approach to document processing. It has been carefully designed with the end-user in mind. When processing text is work enough, the last thing you need is a bloated software with a slow and awkward interface. It is an intuitive user-friendly application and provides all the tools both novice and power users need for their everyday word processing tasks.

Has a lot of the features of Microsoft Word, yet it is way more simple to use. Very user friendly. None, really. I canned Microsoft Word because it was tedious and annoying. Atlantis is so much better. The only drawbacks to Atlantis is that there are some features that haven't surfaced in the program yet, like tables and such. But I am sure that will come with later updates in the future. The sound effects when you are typing and clicking in the program are fun but CAN get a little annoying if you've been typing for awhile or just aren't in a good mood. But I like them. :)

Over a year since my last review. This is still a very good piece of software. It would be nice to have tables and to be able to wrap text around an image. Both are supposed to be coming but should be there now. Compared to "Office Suites" this is lean and mean and just does the job. I highly recommend Atlantis.

Does everything I need in a word processor, easy to use, nice uncluttered screen. I can find nothing to complain about. Great product! Can't beat the price!

Small app size, supports MS Word DOC/DOCX files (via options in the program menu), lean and easy program navigation via toolbar and menus. Lacks PDF support. I've used this program on and off for the last several years, and compared to the bigger WP apps out there (esp. with Office and Open Office), it's the fastest and most efficient of them all. I like its lean and easy navigation via toolbar and menu, and it has everything you'd need in a basic, no-frills word processor. The only drawback is its lack of PDF file support, but aside from that it's a keeper.

Reviewing Version 1.6.5.5 - This is still one of the best word processors available. Tables would be nice and are apparently on the way. Regards, Peter
