"Simply outsanding piece of software." It updates it's self. All you do is load it.

"Great applet with minor bug" Works great. Have it on my XP machine. Have not tried it on Vista. All kinds of info, radar, many locations, etc etc. Very nice Job done on it Only bug is does not hide behind Firefox, Thunderbird, or Open Office but does hide behind other programs tried. Easy work around is reduce to small bar on desktop that is part of it's options. You will probably not want it open all the time anyway. Well worth putting on your Desktop if you use XP (I never tried it on Vista) and are stuck inside the office all day.

I like the program size, portability, and the setup options. It's clean,,, no ads or junk come with it. I don't like the tiny radar map size. I'm used to seeing weather radar down to street level. I suppose it could be useful if your work computer blocks the web, and this is all you can get.

"Great little program when it was working." Nice program, gave you all the general information you need, temperature icon on task bar. The program still gives the forecast but "current conditions" have been unavailable for weeks. The task bar icon is still there but it's blank. I've checked the settings & uninstalled and re-installed all to no avail. Clean and straightforward, no ads. Was great until it stopped working. It's still running but only until I can find something comparable.

"Works well, more locations." This program gives you more small towns and locations in all the states. It also seems to give a better temperature for these locations. No cons really, but the radar map could be a little bigger and show a constant animated image. I have tried all the weather programs and for a free weather program you can't beat this one. It also has many choices on how you may want it set up and the info you need.

None-none-none (there that is more than the required 10 charecters) Dearth of information Find something else if you want to keep up with the weather

Low resource usage (only 19MB of RAM and 0% CPU), Quick response time, adequate forecasts None found I like this software because it's a) free, b) does exactly what I want from it: tray icon with current temp and window w/ forecast, c) eats little resources and d) looks right on my netbook screen.
