Large print on screen Nothing to dis-like, all typing teaching requires practice, and that is in all touch type progs? It works if you practice!!!!!!!

After many decades of typing, I have been using it to resharpen my typing skills that have noticably decayed. No real complaints, though all of the cartoon-like characters sometimes get to me. Rapid typing is an excellent way of either teaching typing to someone who does not know how to type, or to allowing an 'older' person to refresh their touch typing skills. It can also take a 'hunt and peck' or a 'two finger' typer into a proficient and speedy touch typist. It is as easily as good as the decades old computer-aided touch typing program.

It seems to be working and I set aside time each day to learn more. I have not found any cons. I have tried different typing programs, this one seems to be the one that I am progressing the quickest.

Fast, easy to learn and more customizable than the previous version I wish the interface looked a little more professional, but it is still nice the way it is. The program itself is just fine. It's me that's the problem. I got so into the habit of the old program with its static cursor and one line of text that I had difficulty adjusting to this new format they have going for them. But again, this is my fault, not theirs. This is actually a more realistic way to type, anyway. The themes they offer are a little childish and I wish there was something slightly more professional available as a theme. Sometimes, when people see that I am using this program they assume that I am playing a game or something (which I am not) because of the vibrant colors and such. But as I have said for previous versions, this program is great! It single-handedly got be out of the find-and-peck method of typing I used to use and now I type like a normal person.
