Ease of use, AVI, MPEG compatible MPEG output, even at highest quality, was noticeable pixelled, but good enough for online stream.

"SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWW!!!!!" not sure yet, still waiting on conversion. not sure yet, still waiting on conversion. very very slow program. takes 2 1/2 hrs. to convert 1 1/2 hrs. of video. if you've got hours to waste, it might be an ok program.

"Does what it say's and a little more." No need to install (unzip and run), Runs smooth and fast, Dependable I've been using for 3 years on XP and the new release on Vista for 5 months with no problems, Clips video as well. Needs to be able to handle more file types. I use this more than any other video editing freeware. Worth the download for sure!
