I have been a member on Paltalk for almost 9 years. The first 6 years was great. When you run into problems you cant seem to get the help you need. I really enjoyed PalTalk for the first 6 years then all of a sudden the ads got out of control and for a whole year every time I would login to PalTalk my computer would get hit with trogans, malware and spyware to the point I could not get on PalTalk. I decided to pay for an extreme nick for a year in advance. After having it for 4 to 6 weeks my account was disabled by PalTalk and to this day I do not know why it was disabled. I cannot login with any nick. I have called them serveral times, emailed them. All they say back "Your ban has been reviewed and will not be lifted at this time" but never tell me why I was banned in the first place.

used too be good i am a payed member and every time i try and use it it freezes my hole pc try and get help from pal is like pulling teeth $50.00 dollars that they wont give back.all there tec does is send you an email that doesn't Evan help

Set up alot like the old AOL instant messanger (which i used to like back in the day) kinda annoying ads---not really good at notifying you when u get an IM. bugging me about upgrades and other crap already. Instant messager services seem to lack a clear cut leader. This is the best only because of a lack of competition. It was easy to download and started right up--and frankly thats good enough. who really needs are the bells and whistles anyway?
