aumenta la descarga hasta un 200% limitando el tiempo de espera. muestra el proceso de la descarga y si hay eventuales errores en el proceso del mismo. permite analizar el archivo con tu antivirus automaticamente luego de ser descargado. aumenta la descarga hasta un 200% limitando el tiempo de espera. muestra el proceso de la descarga y si hay eventuales errores en el proceso del mismo. permite analizar el archivo con tu antivirus automaticamente luego de ser descargado. he utilizado el orbit y mis descargan han aumentado hasta un 200%, es casi excelente, porque no siempre puede ser asi de veloz... ademas tiene un peque�o defecto, algunas veces al descargar algun tipo de archivo, como un archivo ejecutable, no logra descargarlo bien y termina siendo una perdida de tiempo, no se porque pasa eso, pero he tratado de bajar algunos programillos(con programillos quiero decir de poca importancia) de softonic y los ha descargado, pero con errores y no se han podido abrir( y con el metodo comun de descarga lo he podido hacer bien)... creo que estos errores se pueden corregir a futuro y lograra ser el mejor acelerador de descargas gratuito.

Excellent download manager when working correctly Does not work with kaspersky internet security 10/ ie explorer/ xp. KIS "sandboxes" and is not compatible. Also slows WAY DOWN with windows 7/i.e. explorer/trend micro. This product used to work great, but does not have full compatibility with current security programs. IE explorer would not work at all with Kaspersky Internet Security and Orbit installed at the same time on a system running XP. Different system running windows 7 and using trend micro security pro causes IE explorer to run extremely slow, but speeds up when orbit is uninstalled. Program needs updates to be compatible with current software configurations.

Couldn't get to see any pro. It has some virus-like behaviour,e.g. if u type a wrong URL on your explorer (which has NOTHIN 2 do with Orbit) the "page cannot b displayd" is replaced by Orbit's page suggestin u go to Orbit or its partners website.That's invasion & invite distrust Time for me to move away from Orbit..

Orbit integrates seamlessly with a browser and speeds up downloads. Have to admit that the ability to download YouTube videos was a hook, but I only used it once. Why keep a local copy of a YouTube video when it's just as convenient to go there? There are no cons to report. Before Orbit, I had to think twice about downloading large files, but now I can trust that something the size of a movie will download in an hour or so, depending on the number of sources.

quick .. easy to use can't change/update the tile/name of a previously downloaded file...... scheduling seems a bit awkward as well . there are better.

I have limited download service with Hughes Net. Except between 2 and 7 AM each day. By using the scheduling function, I can get large files (e.g., audio books) downloaded during the 'free' period. So far I have not found anything to dislike.

Does what is says, easy to grab from any webpage. Non so far. If you like to collect videos from the internet, this is your tool to use. If you want to use it for other purposes like NLE video systems, you'll need to convert the files for use (avi, mov, etc.) by using program converters.

Faster Than Download Accelerator Plus. Will resume if you get disconnected from the internet. Can not used some of the downloads they were bad and after a 6 and a half hour download you do not want to see any bad downloads. Went to Download Accelerator Plus and did the same downloads and I did not get any bad downloads. So I will NOT be using Orbit at all anymore.

Seems to work OK for normal downloads The "getit" thing doesn't work for me at all. Completely hopeless for downloading video. I used to use this before switching to IDM. Recently had problems with IDM (generally it's great) so tried Orbit again. Reminded me why I switched, as it's hopeless at grabbing video. I reinstalled IDM instead.

Yes, now it has officially an adware. Stick with the old (2.x) version since it does the job hassle and ad free, otherwise try fdm.

It took me a while to get use to this software, but it is very quick and makes the download process easier. Instructions could be simpler I am able to capture video and a lot more music, other software and a variety of other Internet...much better than previous downloads applications.

you can stop, pause, start, restart downloads, if your cut off from the net it will pick up where it left off when you go back on line. no much wrong with this program. It has a up dater program with it be sure to un-click that pain in the butt. This program won't be free for ever. I can't see it any way. So be smart down load now while it's free. I use nothing else but Orbit.
