Looks like user interface is good and conversion options abound. Paid for "unlimited" subscription. "Unlimited" keeps requiring registration & repay. When I use the trial version I get lips out of sync with audio. ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT from the website and email "customer service" options. Don't purchase this. See cons. Don't purchase this product.

Lots for format to convert from/to Has problems with "odd" formats. I have had this product for a long time. each upgrade is better than the last one. This last one is about the best ever. It was worth the price, that is for sure.

Converts to just about any format Uses a lot of CPU although uses a lot of CPU still thebest for ease ofuse and number of formats

none at all it cant even convert all the files it says it can e.g. mkv only converts the first 3 minutes of the file.very limited in the file types it can convertonly a pointless trial dont download find something better

Did the job with decent video output quality. The price is very low for all the software you get in the AVS package. It took 16+hours to convert a 4 GB VOB file to mp4. There are much faster tools around. It'll do the job but it's very slow.

Really fast and handy piece of soft. I was impressed with the quality of converted videos. Skin is not perfect.

Great software when it is working Developers have an issue with the license activation on multi cpu machines. Registration is successful at first and then it says the products is not registered. Many support calls to get this fixed but AVS won't fix it. Buy other software if you don't want to keep calling support to unlock the key. Error message says it's a different machine and it isn't.

Decent Interface Buggy at timesLicense is overpricedLifetime License is NOT for a lifetimeDISHONEST COMPANY So when I pay for software from any other company (Adobe, Microsoft, Inuit, Apple, etc.), that software lasts forever...not until my computer dies. Not with this company. Their normal license lasts a year. Their "lifetime" license (for $199) lasts until your computer dies and you get a new one. How many of you keep a computer longer than 2 years? Not only that, how many computers even last longer than 2 years? I usually make it a year and a half. Anyway, this is a totally unethical business practice. They are ripping people off!Also, the software is VERY buggy. I bought it, but ended up using something else in the long run. You've been warned!
