I rate this a 3 because of the way it's organized. Would I use it, no. Not after trying it for an hour. Not enough content.

-Torrenting speeds at least at par or even higher with uTorrent/BitTorrent-Great way to discover new video on the web-Ability to browse, download, and watch a video, all in one go - even from YouTube! While its torrenting side is very fast, it does not provide enough capabilities for torrenting, such as selecting certain files for a torrent to download, creating a torrent, and so on. In this instance, it's best to double Miro with another client Recommend it to everyone - it helps you connect to the web's great video content. Allows you to browse, download, and watch videos all in one program, without the clutter of having left over torrent files. While Miro lacks on its torrenting side in features and capabilities, it's built-in video player is excellent - you'll find it will replace your default player.Overall, this is a must-have product for the die-hard video or movie torrenter, and for those who love internet television and movies

It is open source so you don't get all of the unwanted adverts displayed like you do with Real Player. And it is a lot nicer and works better than Real Player. Which crashes quite a lot. Not very well known and the built in web browser just uses the Yahoo search engine,so you cannot just tap in the url you want as if the video is not well known,Miro may not locate it. Or at least not right away. I have had Real Player on both my laptops, until 1 day ago, when I found Miro, this product. I have my own You Tube channel,so I want to put my videos on my website and other video sharing sites. But the problem is although VLC Player will capture the video url and play it in the player. And it will also save the video file on your computer. BUT video sites only accept wmv files and mp3 or flv files and VLC player does not save it in this format. So although on Windows Media Player and VLC player, you can save a video from the Internet on your computer, you cannot upload it to your video site. As the sites won't accept the format which is xspf which sites do not except. So until today,if I wanted to capture and save my videos to share on my other sites. I had to use Real Player and also Real Alternative does not work on Windows 7, my system. But Real Player crashes a lot and is slow and is full of unwanted media adverts making it look unappetizing. And although the new version of Real Player 14 is better than the previous version. The previous version Real Player11 was terrible and always crashed. This version does not so much and you can now use it without going onto a web browser. Well, you could with Real Player 11,when it did not stop working! And I and a lot of other Windows users put up with all of this because there is not any choice of video players that will download AND convert videos into flv files and so we needed Real Player. But not anymore! MIRO this product will download videos from the web in the player that has a built in web browser, that I think is Firefox bas

Speedy torrent search and download, very customizable and easy to navigate. 6 months of virus free use. Ad supported but its worth clicking past the ads. This is the one app I cant live without. Constant updates and improvements, no complaints.

A bit of a heads up, during installation you have the option to install a search home page, kind of a weird way of wording it but what it actually is, is the Zugo Toolbar. Miro does tell you how to uninstall this sucker even offer an uninstall program to help but you'll find both methods will fail. Zugo is notorious for doing anything they can to keep from being removed from a computer once installed, for that reason in my eyes it's malware. I rate it a one because I don't dare run anything with the Zugo Toolbar no matter if I have a choice to install it or not.

It appears to be quite fast and and code light. I didn't get much further than looking at the music player as I was so disappointed with it. Lots, see below. I uninstalled within 10 mintues of loading, thats how quick it was for me to get a list of CONS long enough. This is a really basic music player. No smart playlists. Drag and drop playlists don't work. Initial library creation created two entries for ever song, ***?? Does not read file rating info, means you will have to re-rate all your music. NO network drive access for library, ***!!! Very limited tagging. The user interface makes my 1920x1080 res monitor look like a 800x600 monitor.I don't think Apple and iTunes will be too worried just yet. This is not even close to being a competitor. And whats with the Zuge-silent.exe that my antivirus blocks!! Bizarre, what was the editor comparing this to? Having nothing?

-Much faster-Interface is far more intuitive and looks nicer than 3.5.x-Syncing to Android devices-Easily the best Video Player around. It has VLC at its core, and it remembers where you left off for each video you watch.-Vodo, TED integration. -New interface can come across as ugly at first glance (in particular, the black background)-Music Player is ugly. It needs a LOT of work to compete with Songbird, iTunes etc. This is a definite download. It is a fantastic Internet movie player, and offers a great selection of such movies, series, and audio podcasts. While the music player is more than disappointing, the video player is unrivalled. With VLC at its core, you cannot look past Miro.

Terrible memory usage in 4.0 and 4.0.1 when it's not doing anything.
