MP3 Rocket is a P2P file sharing program allowing users to download mp3 music files from the gnutella network. Users can also search for and download movie files, software titles, games, documents and images. Nice software. Does just what you need it to do. Nice intuitive GUI, easy to set up. 1 point off because it's Java based. Probably 1/2 of all PC's don't have Java properly installed, so there goes half the possible user base. I recommend Ares, or any non-Java based client over MP3 Rocket. Too bad, because it really is a nice client.

Its a cookie cut-out of Limewire, but a much lighter download. I prefer Frostwire, more ports than Limewire basic and you can search more than just music like mp3rocket. For the hardcore p2p person, definitely look into Shareaza, not the commercial crap! - The open source project on sourceforge.

Awesome program. I didn't even realize until after I installed it that it has games, movies and radio stations as well. Some of the TV shows don't work in my countr, but I'm addicted to the games!
