Great product for 1st time users of security software. I bought the software and CD to fix my other machines. Very small footprint, < 3.5 MB, others were much larger. Seamless integration. It did the job and got rid of my pests. Thanks Malwarebytes. I don't have any cons as I'm not a techie. All I know if I downloaded the software, let the scan (long scan) run it's course. Got up this morning and everything is fixed and back to normal. I wouldn't know a negative about this product if I saw one. Ease of use for the novice computer user. Others may say the scan takes too long. I don't mind long scans as long as the results are achieved. I started the scan and went to bed. I got up this morning and everything seems good with my system. I'm so happy I bought this product, it saved me a service call to the shop, which would have cost much more than the cost of the software itself. I bought the CD as well, which I'll install on my other computers in the house since we're on a wireless LAN. I should have downloaded this software a long time ago. Downloading the Free software may have worked, but, I just don't have the time and doing things twice is counterproductive, so I decided to purchase. Thanks Malwarebytes, you've restored my faith in high technology. The Atomic Kid

"thank goodness for it - it's a hard drive saver" seems to find more than many of the others and my McAfee can't think of a thing this free download has been a life saver.

"Malwarebytes finds problems others ignore" MBAM works. It gets problems others ignore, cleans completely and gives a clear, readable report. Haven't found anything to complain about, yet. Easy to use, works very well, compatible with other programs, few false positives (I've had none, yet.)

The product is very low priority. I works so fast. I couldn't believe how quickly it got done. I would highly recommend this software for any true internet surfer. In all honesty I didn't see a problem with one aspect of this program. It seems as though it were built from the ground up. I have no cons. "Great little program!" Easy to use. Comprehensive in finding and eliminating malware. I didn't see anthing wrong with this program. This is an excellent program to rid your system of those pesky adware and malware worms.

"technical assistance is very poor. wise acre agents" this product seemed to work for awhile but after i paid the $25 it crapped up. it will not get rid of a trojan. the email help has wise acre people working in it. save your money I dislike not having a telephone number to tech support after paying for the program. The tech support via email is very poor and the problem is still not fixed. save your money

It's FREE and it's a solid program that does what you want. There are no annoying ads popping up and it even updates it database regularly. You can't beat it for freeware, I'd say it's even better than most programs that you would pay for. The free version doesn't automate anything for you, such as scheduled scans. The program doesn't run in the background to give you protection as you surf the net. My computer was spitting out dead links to every-other website I went to and all of my browsers were acting funny, after seriously a couple days of trying to figure out what was wrong, downloading registry cleaners, another anti-virus program, and a optimizer, I finally downloaded malwarebytes and ran the full scan and it found the culprit. I hesitated at first on downloading it because the other programs had malware detection. Thank you malwarebytes

"the best antispyware" the detection rates are pretty good the only problem is it takes a long time to scan guys..atleast on my pc!!

"Unwanted websites popup in laptop and this tool fixed" Fast and powerful Nothing now... My laptop affected in some spyware and some unwanted websites popup . I have used this tool and the tool fixed those trojans.

the program does a wonderful job of doing what it says it will do. it is quick and fairly thorough. I have been using this program on several machines and recommended it to many friends.here's the prob...I just got a notice that a trojan virus ( Trojan horse PSW.Banker5.ZOY ) was found in the setup .exe for this program. I would love to continue using and recommending this program, so if anyone knows what the deal is please let us all know.I don't know if it is a false positive for AVG or not but I removed file anyways.If not for this uncertainty I would give it a 5 star rating.

"It Comes with My phone line to pay.just started with it" they did get of the worms on it.work on it for 2hrs,they still help me.when I call. Caost is high.Ladt for 6mts.alot of money for 3hrs.runnig a program.to much money. I don't run it when calling them on phone they run this.So that s why its not good.but it is making my computer safe.alot of money.

"TROJAN ATTACHED TO END OF FILE!!" I just tried to download file and my anti-virus software detected a virus . . . PSW.Banker5.ZOY . . . I thought you guys checked these files for these items!!!!! ***?!?!? LOL!!! Hard to decide with a VIRUS!!!

"Cleaned the "Antivirus System Pro" virus ." Only used it once for the cleaning of the above listed ,very irritating virus. I will recommend it to everyone, since this "Antivirus System Pro" virus has been very common, and blocks everything, before popping up Porn sites and Viagra ads. No cons that I have found. 5 stars, since this download quickly cleaned a virus that I had previously taken another family members computer to the shop to fix. It is no surprise that it is the 2nd most downloaded program on CNet.
