Excellent product removed all traces of the AV-GT trojan. Haven't had any more problems. No problems with this product

Very much on par with SuperAntiSpyware and not a fake bull adware based 'cleaner' like many utilities on this site. Completely deserves a 'top 3' spot for ad/spy/malware removal. No cons with the free version. Same limitations as SAS, no scheduled scans, no auto updates. Keep it up to date frequently and you will have a better chance of getting rid of the crusty crap should it hit your system. Failure to updates leaved your definitions out of date and new stuff is harder to remove. Consider the pay version of MBAM or SAS if you have multiple users on the computer and are afraid of using Linux which is less prone to attack.

1: As long as you update regularly, it eliminates malware many other programs cannot.2: A handy utility for deleting locked or otherwise annoying files is built into the program.3: It swats malicious programs like the vermin they are! 1: It does encounter its fair share of false positives2: A reboot is needed to complete the malware removal process after scanning.

Novice Intermediate or Expert will love this Software. Use this and SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition and your computer will know that you care about it..... Cant find any cons........... If you want "Real Time Protection" you can upgrade to the paid version, But I use Spyware Terminator, Spyware Blaster, Avast Free $ AVG all for that.

I ve Had So Many Computers get Viruses And Same With Friends Computers. And The Free utility Saved My Buttt Many Times. Now that I Finally Suckered Up to The Man And Payed For The pro Version, I Havent Had A Single Piece Of Malware Hit my Computer! The Free Version Dowesnt Have A Resident [real-time] Scanner. but the One In The Pro Version Is Great! At Home I Use MABM with Avast Free! And Have Never Had A Single problem! At Work I Use MBAM with ESET NOD32 ANd the Same Thing, NO Viruses And/or Spy/malware!!! This Is An Absolutly GREAT Product!

Seems to be simple and takes out most of the viruses. It is also free to use for the basic services. I set it to do the Full system scan last night on my Windows 7 and today when I woke up my PC from sleep, it seemed like Malwarebytes was still going. This tells me that it didn't prevent computer from entering an automatic sleep mode. I like the product. I DON'T LIKE this survey page. What the HELL is wrong with you guys to limit it to 250 chars? I had to seriously abbreviate my statements of cons above, so thanks to you your users will get an abbreviated version! Good going cnet!

A full scan took less time than others I've used in the past with little space taken up. Also with no noticeable slow down. Nothing to complain about.

Easy to use, fast scan, up-to-date malware data. Not come across any, so far. Updates are available daily. As I had it newly installed, not had enough experience with it. However, the product seems genuine, and performs its job satisfactorily.

To my surprise, the free Malwarebytes has found things on my hard drive that even Norton Internet Security missed. A PC maintenance tool that would put in the critically NEEDED list of what to install on your hard drive. NONE, as this program works extremely well. The is a MUST HAVE utility.

It found and removed malware while my computer was under attack. Quick and effective. Nothing really, it did what it should. Would be great to find a real all-in-one solution to virus/malware woes but this seems like a nice little program to add to my anti-crap arsenal.

While in Safe Mode, deleted & quarantined 3 Trojans that infected the Registry Values & prevented me from executing .exe files [getmsync, idhjliax & vteruferosul]. Also removed a DNS Changer Trojan[DhcpNameServer] that kept me from accessing internet Although it removed the DNS Changer Trojan it didn't make any changes to the settings. I had to manually change my connection settings. I don't know if other programs fix settings. Was very easy to install and use. Very small in size. I will put in a "Repair" folder on my other computers so it is there if I ever need it.

Fixed my product really fast. Excellent program!! Software does its job to the fullest! Unfortunately out of my price range to buy. It found all my bugs and eliminated everyone of them and took off that damn security Tool!

Ease of use. Didn't find anything that McAfee hadn't found. Malwarebytes was recommended by a friend who claimed it always found problems that McAfee missed. Either he downloads a lot of crap or I run a clean computer (or both), because it didn't find anything on my machines. I guess I won't know how effective it is until I have a real problem.

Easy to set-up & use. None so far. It's good to have multiple tools to keep an eye on your system. Between my iolo System Mechanics Pro, the Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and using the free Prevx 3.0 as a scanner only. I feel I have a decent handle on things. Those and a few apps from FireFox.
