Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.50

Removed a "Rogue Anti-Virus" that had taken my computer hostage unless I purchased "Rogue Anti-Virus." I re-booted and started "Malwarebytes" before rogue was able to load in task bar. Malwarebytes removed maliscious software. Two thumbs up. I have found nothing about "Malwarebytes" that I don't like. It's a great tool as far as I'm concerned.

Doesn't hog resources like some other anti-spyware/anti-malware programs. Fast scan whilst using my PC took 10 mins. Found 1 trojan, 15 malwares, 5 spywares on pc that Ad-aware and spybot did not find. Easy to use and its free!! No real time protection! My PC got messed up due to shell32.dll prgoram providing insufficient start up times for icons in system tray. Used to have ad-aware and spybot on pc. Ad-aware real time protection is so processor intensive. Every time at boot up it tries to connect to internet to update thus hogging time on pc. Due to shell32.dll problem, web 2 pages would open up on single click on taskbar. Above problem with icons when browsing hard drive. Sometimes had to double click twice to enter web pages. I uninstalled spybot and re-installed it. It came up with compatibility error with ad-aware. decided to uninstall ad-aware and installed malwarebytes and got above solution. Re-installed spybot and no compatibility problem. However, problem with web browser still there but not as acute as before. need to edit shell32.dll but not keen on doing this! Although Malwarebytes does not have real time protection like ad-aware, it is easy on my pc.

very light, awesome, useful in needs, reliable, powerful, helpful tools inside ..(file assasin).. manageable, and most of all its free doesn't have real time protection, a minimum of 8 minutes scan Helpful .. get it now

I downloaded it to get rid of AV Security Suite, and it did the job. A good anti-malware program to have on your computer. Nothing wrong with it as far as I can tell.

Resource wh***!! This will suck your Dual Core down to Pentium 3! Antiviruses use less resources than this. As an on-demand scanner it's great! If you pay for this & it activates it background scanning YOU WILL PAY! Iobit's Security 360 has an amazingly fast & light scanning engine. I think they should steal Malwarebyes virus definitions again as they know what to do with them.

Malwarebytes did a great job and even found a few issues not caught by other anti-spywares I use. Didn't work QUITE as fast as they say, but still did great and very thorough. Not any slower than any other programs. Great tool to keep your system working good and safe, definitely one of the best if not #1.

Found 95 assorted trojan viruses ad malware that McAfeeand Windows Defnder didn't, Bravo! No con's and its free. Good, free product get the job done.

Wonderful free software. Among the first programs I load on a new computer. Nice user interface. Options for quick scan or full scan. Works for me. Can't find anything to criticize. Get it and feel more secure.

After getting the "Blue Screen of Death" twice Malware was the only thng that got be back up and running again. It has removed over 3G of junk in the last year! None at this time, have been using it for about 6 months This product, (even the free download) is the best I have seen or worked with. I run it every few days to clean up my system. It has removed over 227,000 just files and still counting. It is THE BEST OUT THERE.n

It did an excellent job of finding and cleaning out all files and Register entries associated with a bad ?Protection Center? infection I had. None that I can think of. It was easy to install and has a clean simple interface with just the right amount of features (not overloaded). It did an excellent job of finding and cleaning out all files and Register entries associated with a bad ?Protection Center? infection I had. It scanned about 77GB of files (plus Registry) on my PC in 42 minutes and found 46 infected files (that were missed by Norton Anti Virus). After running the free version I couldn?t tell I ever had the infection. Because the free version worked so well I purchased the full version (just as a Thank you). ?It just works?, and well worth the $25.

As stated it used to be good but finds nothing now! The scans find nothing and other programs find everything, this used to be good but its a waste of time now! Updated daily but still nothing and not even a tracking cookie! Last year this program was great but lately it finds nothing. Other security programs at least find tracking cookies but this program finds nothing! Scans your PC and seems to be doing a good job but with a negitive result!! Disapointed the way this program has gone!!

My daughter got the Antimalware Doctor virus. I tried Microsoft security essentials, spybot, panda, AVG and they didn't work. Impossible to remove with add remove programs. This one found and removed it with many others also. Full scan was a little long but I am not complaining, it worked Easy to understand interface, will add this to my other machines also.

Has always been and shall be the bestRemoves almost all the malwareCombined with Hitman Pro, it is pretty much unstoppableLove the IP blocking/ website blocking feature in paidlifetime license =) None that I can see. They should reduce RAM usage for paid version excellent, would definitely recommend it as an on-demand (manual) scanner

This anti-malware program really works without complication. The people in this company are prompt, accessible, personal and pleasant if you have any questions whatsoever I have absolutely no complaints. Never have I had any virus, Trojan, or other malware since I put this program into my computers nearly two years ago. I am grateful for this level of technology at a very affordable one time price.
