As soon as i downloaded this software, it instantly detected malware I had no idea was on my computer.Doesn't bog down my CPU while I run the scan, and is better than the amlware software I actually paid for! None so far.

Flexible and Powerful. Can turn off website blocking and take my chances on a given site. Not totally wise, but sometimes a false block is suspected, or a past flaw has been fixed. Options toggle from tray icon. Text size could be a bit bigger for me. Perhaps a Crtl-ScrollWheel action to adjust GUI text size would reduce my concern with advancing age / eye failure. Easy updates, good defensive coverage, and of course the right price for those of us on fixed-income or less. The name is also one I am inclined to trust, since it is very unlikely to be the choice of a rouge program. More likely to scare off a newbie than trick one into a malware download.

I am also using Avira Pro with my Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and together they give me protection like I have never had or seen before. The Malwarebytes catches all malicious sites and yet allows me the options for those sites I chalange. Mind you I also devend on Avira Pro to tell me if the content of the site has any known harmful menaces and then decide accordingly. I would use this till the end of my time. The only thing I could wish for is the amalgamation of Malwarebytes and Avira. Updated on Apr 28, 2010

Download it. It's totally worth it and you'll be surprised by how much malware you have on your computer that you don't know about. Fast, easy, free and reliable. None that I've noticed.

Everything. It is easy and the removal program is free. I bought the paid version to protect from infection in the first place, since McAfee obviously had not protected me. Nothing at all in the case of the free version. The paid advance protection version probably ought to be used in conjunction with some other program, in order to cover the spectrum; or so I hear. One of the very best. Use in conjunction with other virus protection programs if using the same version. None of the programs covers the whole spectrum.

It can help me to detect and delete many Trojan horse viruses and hidden hijacking malwares left by Super-Antispyware. There is some degrees of severity against PCs that is detected by Kaspersky Internet Security 2010. I am not sure that the free tools will always be safe for PCs. Are you sure?

This program has always worked for me, works exceptionally well. zapatero, I suggest you install and re-install, it works fine for me in win7 64.

Excellent software. The slowdown Internet problem with my 50 Meg Bit connection has been resolved. They only ask for a one off payment & it's well worth it to have the background guard & malicious IP blocking.

Easy to use and understand. Haven't found anything to not like. My computer was infected with the fake anti-virus...virus. Could not open any programs or files. Malwarebytes worked better than my anti-virus program which didn't catch the virus in the first place. Worth every cent.

This is by far the most useful anti-malware app around. It's so good, the malware actively fights against it! I remove virii and other malware for a living, and I couldn't do my job withpout this tool. Nothing at all. If you think you are infected, get it!. If you aren't, run it weekly and stay clean. Happy hunting.

It is fast and very user friendly! I originally got it to fix my husbands computer and it did the trick.. then I used it on mine and was amazed at what it found. Cleaned my computer up FAST! Can't think of anything I don't like... maybe a warning not to just delete everything since some programs run on what appears to be a "virus" in macro form. I can't say enough good things about this product... it lives up to a 5 star rating and I highly recommend it to all my friends. The free version is great but I think everyone should buy it (if you can) just to show support to those that worked so hard on a great program!!

Easy to use, free, recommended by most boards no scheduler or real time protection It would be nice if you could schedule scans to happen over night or any specific time. Probably available in the pay version

Fast, scanned my infected PC in less than 10 minutes. Accurate! All spyware infections were removed. None found I've been using Spyware Doctor in conjunctions with other utilities to cleanup computers infected with spyware. I decided to give Malwarebytes a try and was very happy with its performance. Easy to use Can be installed and run in Safe Mode None That I have seen Have been using this for a couple years. I work on PC's for a living and have been able to clean 99% of infected systems with Anti Malware. The quick scan usually catch most of the problems and when I run the Full Scan after, 85% of the systems come up clean. You know a software is good when they write the malware to disable it so you can't run nor install it. At that point you reboot in Safe Mode and then install and run it to clean that malware out. Works like a charm.
