Enter your "to do"'s; categorize them (more than 1 category? No Probl.); prioritize them; schedule them; calc time required; set your deadlines; update your progress; hide completed tasks. What could be easier? Comes with filters, notes & contacts. Best thing (aside from being free) is that you can "use" it without being overwhelmed with "bells & whistles" you don't need. Not sure what they upgraded in ver 2.22, aside from adding color to the fonts. The background color is minimal, ie. "white & brite". Maybe it's to speed things up but I would like something less hard on the eyes. This is not a "deal-breaker". I really like the product otherwise.

It is a good looking programme that does what I ask of it!

I like the: "to do" list; the "task" list; daily, weekly & monthly format. I like being able to sort, prioritize, & categorize to-do' & tasks. Despite the problems, I use this simple program. I just wish it would work as it is supposed to I've downloaded 2 earlier versions; with the last, the left hand column with the calenbdar eventually disappeared from the program. Even the latest version hasn't returned it. You can't seem to get rid of earlier versions to upload a clean new version. I emailed the author but no real help. There's a "toggle" instruction that makes no sense because it doesn't work.

I gave it a 5 before but I got to take a point off. Theres somethings that went wrong: like some reminders that got placed at another date.

Just started using the trial Pro version and I must say I am very impressed. The ability to cross-reference to-do tasks with, for example, contacts is very intuitive. For example, I am self-employed, so I have a folder with Customer contacts. In that folder I have created two subfolders - Payments Due, and Payments Received. If I do a job for a customer but don't receive payment straight away then the task is itemised in Payments Due, simply by clicking on the Payments Due folder on the left hand side. As soon as I receive the cheque for that job I can go back to that task and click once on Payments Due, which removes the cross-reference from the Payments Due folder, and then click once on the Payments Received folder. Voila!! Payment is now recorded under payments received! Yes I know there are accounts packages that do this but I am mobile in my work, and I can't take my accounts software with me and install it on every computer I fix. This program is portable, so I can bring it around and keep myself organized. Very very good indeed! Just what I have ben looking for, and definitely a step above the others I've tried.

Pro version has all the features I need. Relationships are flexible and easy to connect. Very flexible report building capability. All other features are what you would expect from a PIM. Very limited sample reports(templates). Very limited help file. The author should have added more detailed template examples. The forum is down due to spam. That is the first forum I have encountered that has not figured out how to block spam. Could be a great product offering unique features not found in other PIMs. I use 3x5 cards and thought that I had found the solution to the custom reports I need. However, with the apparent bugs and the seeming low level of support, I will look for a more developed product.

Easy to use and easy on memory. A more attractive interface would be nice.
