I prefere a more user friedly aplications like Smart Install Maker, but this deserve the high rating :)

"Great installer for software developers." Powerful feature-rich installer. Rivals InstallShield for features and stability, in my opinion. Compiles a script to create a Setup.exe to install your program. Can be a bit hard to write a script. Best if used with third party tools to generate the scripts, such as IS Tool from www.istool.org, which has a GUI for script generation. If you write software, you've got to give this a try before buying somethin like InstallShield. I'm quite impressed by it.

Haven't used it in a year or so, but when I used to use it, it worked fine. This seems to be the standard now for free install creators...used by so many applications.
