MuvEnum Address Bar saves you time by making it super easy to quickly open files, folders, programs, websites, bookmarks, browsing history, web searches, and more from your Windows taskbar. When Microsoft removed the taskbar address bar from Windows XP SP3, we set out to recreate it. What we ended up creating was more than a replacement; we created the ultimate address bar for Windows XP, Vista, 7, 2000, 2003, and 2008 (x86 and x64) with support for hotkeys, additional browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, and Opera), keywords/aliases, themes, a calculator, and more.

"Great replacement for missing address bar." Since MS took it away w/SP3, now it's back free...no complaints! I recommend it 100%

"It works without problems" I can go directly to a requested site Dont have use of past entries When MS, in their all knowing eye, decided not to use the address bar, I was quite disressed. I used it quite often and instructed my students to use it,, Then alas, it was no longer available.

Ideal for permanent taskbar useage. **** none **** I use website specific shortcut search aliases all the time ala Firefox keywords, so having an address bar makes this old Norton Commander command line junkie happy. Enter any search string from the IE address bar into a special search with Tweakui and reuse it anytime. So, g=http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%s Then I just type "g some search" without quotes and have my answer right away... The MuvEnum Address Bar restores this functionality to SP3, removed by Microsoft in a typical fit of pique. Glad to have it back.

"Misinformation about User Reviews" I haven't tried it yet. I wanted to test this product, and the page above said there were 21 user reviews. When I went to read the user reviews, the lower half of the page said there were zero. Why would I try a product that claims to have a 4/5 star rating, but no one has actually rated it yet. If "21 user reviews" turns out to be zero user reviews, I'm automatically distrusting.
