Runs in real-time (continuously in background) as well as scan-on-demand. Good for "behavior based" protection. Doesn't update as often as I'd like to see - otherwise no cons so far I actually downloaded this when my Windows Defender broke - it just flat out would not turn back on after I downloaded IE9 (I dunno, I've been round-and-round with MS) - and it's turned out to be the perfect work-around, It runs continuously in the background and seems to be fairly light on system resources. That aside, what really matters is that it works well - it's caught stuff MBAM missed - so I'd have to say I'm pretty happy with it. One of my "essentials" and highly recommended! Iobit Security 360 seems to do what its advertised to do, I like how its has a banner blocker built into the software tools to kill potential spyware and unwanted cookes from the system it has definitely speeded up my Internet Explorer 9. Works great and is super easy to download and run. Has made my computer run at least 10x faster and gotten rid of all the error messages and codes (and I had a lot of errors). none that I've discovered so far Very pleased with the results and I didn't need to purchase any additional software which is rare for "Free" Antivirus Protection. So happy and my computer is too!
