Have used this program thru several iterations. Each has been an marked improvement, and this is no exception. It is easy to load, understand, and setup. The skins are attractive, intuitive, and simple in appearance. I found none. A great program which I had no hesitation to commend to my sister who is retired in Florida and not a bit comfortable with her computer. She had no problem with the installation.

So far I haven't experienced any of the probs some people seem to have had. Have installed 3 and now 4 on friends machines as well, and the diffrence it makes is amazing. Personally, I quite like the new look but then the old one seemed fine too. Only one so far, it didn't remove the old version automatically, so, until I did, both were there. Easy to use and makes a big difference to speed and space, especially on people who have allowed their machines to become choked up with crap. Some people actually seem to think I must be some sort of computer genius after I run this on their machines. If only they knew...

Quick and deep scan options; appears to "fix" numerous problems. Causes more problems than it fixes. Removes key programs, causes computer to freeze. I can only assume the positive reviews are first impressions. Indeed, at first v.4 seemed terrific and more thorough than v3. Its Deep Scan seemed particularly impressive, saying it had "fixed" many Windows and hard drive problems. But after a deep scan, when I opened Word all text was underlined and I could not change this. I restarted the computer & all my settings disappeared--no screen saver, no set colors; it even reverted to the factory XP dsplay settings. Worse, when I tried to put the display back the way it was, the screensaver I had been using wasn't even an available option--my options had been reduced to just 5 from the dozens originally loaded. I deleted the program, then had to do a system restore to get all my settings back. Use with extreme caution. They obviously haven't worked the bugs out yet.

Deep care takes care of all issues. The process should have a one button approach. Also a turn off when done button needed so you can walk away from it. The extras need a little more explanation. Also I need to have my Microsoft application cashes left alone. Easy to use, powerful, excellent choice.

There are so many different options to choose from to "care" for your PC. I liked how they toolbox had different care categories and each category had specific options to choose from. I especially liked the "boost" which did speed up my computer. I cleaned out my computer as well as optimized my chrome, but then the pages went to a "simple text mode" where a few pages like youtube didn't work (videos didn't load). And this occurred on and off, switching between working and not working. I felt this product was worth the download.

not sure at this point after running Quick Care and Deep Care, found that all of my current files (Excel and Pwpt) from the past several months are GONE! AND I cannot Restore the System to any previous point in time! I would love to be able to retract this review, so... if anyone has any solutions/suggestions, they would be most welcome.Yes, I got the Free Version... I've been trying to purchase the Pro yet the PayPal option does not seem to work... so yes, I guess I took a risk but how can it have wiped out all of my recent files from my drives?If there are any angels out there with a solution... Please Help!

As mentioned in previous reviews, this has, & does it all as far as maintaining your PC. - A great all in one tool, easy to use, even if intimidated by all the tech stuff out there. Absolutely NONE! I tried the free version first, and after seeing how well it worked, I took the plunge when it was offered at like $12.95, or so. - Glad I did! - I've now renewed it for another year. - Just press CARE, & SCAN, and let it do it's thing! Also, if you do have Q's, the support people have always replied within a day or so with a perfect answer. - (Mostly something that I missed) This is the wow - Ahhhhhh - tool that I have needed to help with keeping my PC free of Corrupted files, registry problems, the HD de-fragged, and several other items. - Be like Nike, - Just DO IT!

Seems to do its work without messing up any functionality It does a lot without an easy to understand recap of what its doing Seems to be excellent way to keep PC operating well

It does not slow down my computer Too many reminders for paid version I have been using the free version since about 4 years and I am very happy with it. So much so that now I plan to go in for paid version.

deep care and quick care takes good care of the system some features such as turbo boost should be used carefully they may disable some features of the system best software
