This has to be one of the more stupid programs I have seen and god knows there are a lot out there. If you want to know about your processor just hold the Fn key down and hit the esc key. Not rocket science.

tscar13, amazingly, not every machine has the Function Key. Not every person knows off the top of their head the model name or functionality of their processor. Otherwise this does the job fine.

tscar13, you have to be one of the more stupid people I have seen and god knows there are a lot out there. Usually only notebooks have the Fn key. Also, Windows doesn't tell you what capabilities the CPU has. It's not rocket science.

Nada, nothing Everything Immediately after installing this product, it apparently froze my pc and I had to do a complete re-install of XP-It never gave an escape, cancel, or close option-pc would only boot with this particular floppy--I installed like 5 program updates with your new Tech Tracker and I may be wrong about the actual cause, but Everything went to heck after using your beta product

Simple; straightforward; easy to install and use. Only identifies your processor. Unless you know what to do with the information, it's simply a novelty. One-trick pony software, which saves you from shutting down, cracking the case and reading the serial number on the CPU. No diagnostics, no benchmarking, nothing at all besides. If you need to know your processor ID to verify it's legitimate, or have a tech-support request for the number, it works fine. But its applicability is limited by design. As sexy as a coat of paint, which, by the way, is still useful.
