A well laid out user interface screen and obvious controls make it easy to view and perform all the essential and a few special features & functions The 'boards' are a bit clumsy to have to swap between A very good general purpose image tool.

It's W7 compatible Steeper than needed learning curve It's OK. It works (always a plus in Windows 7). The price is right.

More features than I have room to list here, and free. Easy to use.Does not obscure work area with menus. None found. This is a great program and has been for many years. I especially like that when you're viewing pictures you don't have the screen all cluttered up with menus until you WANT a menu. Moving to either side, top, or bottom brings up relevant menus. This is simply a great program for viewing, editing, and general repair of pictures.

It's easy to use. The tools are useful. You can make everything, see a photo in full page, make a slideshow and so on. Everything is possible.

Major vulnerability in the included Zip-handling library, which the developers are ignoring. They ignore all email, in fact. Perhaps they're imaginary.
