"the player is ok" the player plays almost any file and thts great. it seems the player has some problems opening some video/media files from external HDD, even though the files were the same if it is on the desktop, for example- .mkv files of a particular show/episode on desktop, it will play it but if it was on the internal HDD some of the .mkv files are abled to play on the player but some doesn't, same for some .mp4 files

"Good in looks average in performance..!!" Good looking and user friendly interface. It has all the features like other players. Shortcut keys are also useful. It is not able to play mp4 format and also there is no codec available for download. And also the .flv files we have to struggle a bit to download the codec. All in all the player promises to give you all the features available in other players. But the video quality is less comparitively. If you are looking for a good looking player but not a player which can play all the files (Like GOM) go for this.

None, doesn't work. Doesn't work in Windows 98 as advertised. Yet another waste of my time.

Plays just about any format. Controls let you correct for video's faults (Color, Contrast, etc. Haven't found any. I use it over Win Media Player, I download a lot of videos and some are just to messed up to see well. A simple right hand panel lets you correct most faults, with the exception of poor resolution. And you can't beat the price, Free!

i'm not sure why this is not the most popular media player out - it is way better than vlc, real and divx. it plays literally everything and does so without crashing none really...oh actually it could do with a library management system like itunes or winamp download it- seriously decent program

Love it so far. Also loved windows media player when it played my downloaded videos via Any Video Converter (excellent product as well). Best part - IT'S FREE!!! None so far, except the usual lack of options that most video players have... Videos auto play when opened. I would prefer more control, like having them play when I hit the play button, after opening file. Could be an option, haven't investigated. Great alternative to windows media player when you are tired of microsoft's products.
