program works Nagware requires you to visit the website, register for the forum using a non-disposable email address, validate your email, sign into the forum, then click on a link only to get a 6 month temporary license then come back! Too many buttons. If you want people to download FREE software, that's an honorable thing. But this takes nagware to a whole new level of aggravation. You are not going to make any friends posting stuff like this.

Solves problem of easy capture of pages on Internet. Wish it was easy to crop part of a page. I find I often want to copy a page I find on the Internet and this program provides an easy and quick was to do it. Much easier than using the built in Windows print screen.

I see that Mouser finally removed the "Freeware" designation from the program. Good! It wasn't and isn't "Freeware" in an honest sense of the term. It really is a great screen capture program. There are still a couple of SC programs I prefer to SSC. I can think of 2 right off the top, PicPick 2.03, and WinSnap 1.1.10.0. Both are Freeware, capture difficult objects such as alpha blended objects, and both auto save to a folder of your choice. I recommend SSC is you like to pay, the other 2 if you don't.

I first used the Screenshot when the first owlbox was streeming and captured daily shots of the owls growing up. I can't think of any cons. Easy to use and it does what it says it will do.

Provides easy way to capture screen shots. Much easier and quicker than using normal <Print screen> routine. Really no complaints at all. The above comments sum up my feelings. I consider it a must have piece of software.

If you go to the site there's a video that shows you how to get a free license key. Go here: http://www.donationcoder.com/Keys/index.php So far it looks pretty impressive, I don't think I've seen so many options in other SS software I've tried.

This is a good little program and has a lot of options. I like the multiple formats to save the images in. I'm still learning the program but it does have a lot to offer. None as of yet

Once opened, the program sits quietly in the system tray. Right-clicking on the icon opens the menu of choices, as well as the link to a comprehensive Help manual. Many capture modes and options available. Preferences and hot keys may be set. Haven't found any so far. One heck of a deal!

Wow PicPick !!! Thanks BoBad for your suggestion. I was using SSC but find its GUI not very convenient. With SSC, when the arrows & text are blend into the screenshot, the colors become washed out. Just tried PicPick, it's GUI, functions and image quality are better.

Can immediately edit the screenshot using the product itself. sometimes the screenshot is not accurate to the dot if you select the region. Have to crop after screenshot is taken.

Provides easy way to use Print Screen key to capture whatever is on the desktop and print as desired. None really. I use this all the time to capture and print from my screen.
