Easy to install, use and the support team for this product are terrific! So if you think you have lost all of your data give CDRoller a try, it is worth every penny! So far I have not found any Cons for this affordable udf reader! When I switched to a 64-bit system and purchased Roxio Creator 2009 I was unable to get my disk drive to recognize any of the CDs I had. I even bought and external drive that I thought might work, but didn't have any luck. This software is terrific and works like a dream on my Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit system. I am now able to get my disk drive to recognize all of my CDs that I thought I would never be able to use again. The support you also get from the creator's of this software is unparalleled to any company I have worked with before. They are very professional and stick with you through the good and bad times until your problems are solved. So if you are looking for affordable software that finds, retrieves, and copies the lost data from CD/DVD/s, and Blu-Ray discs (BD and HD-DVD) that seem to be inaccessible for Windows standard tools, CDRoller is for you!

Very good quality results. I had to rescue a DVD that wasn't finalized. I tried another product. Then I bought CDRoller for half the price that I paid for the other stuff and it was fast and clear. Apparently other Forensic experts use this too! Haven't found any yet (will add if I do). Great Product. Very User Friendly. Comes out with a proper clear extraction to mpeg. Life is good.

Great interface and lots of options. I downloaded because I had some DVD+RWs that were deleted--as in TOTALLY DELETED, reformatted by the DVD burner. Hoped this program would be like a Recuva for optical discs but it reported the burnt-over DVD as empty just as Windows did Probably good for getting data back from bad media authoring or the like but not from optical discs you deleted on purpose.

CDRoller easily retrieved video from a DVD that would not finalize. The video was of a speaker at a symposium that could not be recreated so CDRoller was my only hope and it performed fawlessly. I found no down sides to CDRoller. I was asked to video a two day symposium. I used two cameras and a backup to DVD recorder to individual DVDs. For the second speaker, I started the DVD but failed to start the camera to tape. After 15 minutes I realized my mistake and resolved, I will get it from DVD. Wouldn't you know that particular DVD would not finalize. I panicked! After a couple of days I started to tackle the problem. I had purchased and tried to use ISOBUSTER on a simular problem before without success. I downloaded CDRoller and within minutes was converting my video. Thank you very much. I could not be more satisfied about how CDRoller made my dumb mistake look like nothing ever happened.

Inexpensive, easy to use, effective, and excellent customer support. Atprogram end a Magnavox VCR/DVD recorder said 'Cannot record to this disc E 328031100' and purged all prior recordings. CDRoller retrieved them and thelast one too. The new DVD has no menu. Must use skip buttons to jump between episodes.Cannot record anything else even if DVD+RW. Must have some 5 gigabytes freefor recovery. Recovery disc should not be DVD-RW or might not be readablein recorders. A valuable addition to my toolbox. CDRoller does for DVDs what Spinritedoes for hard drives. When you're lucky, they both retrieve data that otherutilities say are damaged beyond recovery. And the customer support issimply amazing. Before I purchased, I had emailed to inquire as to whetherthere was any hope of recovery. Within a few hours, I had a detailed set ofinstructions on how to find out, and even an offer for a trial key. In mycase, the software did need a few hours (overnight) to recover, but itactually worked, and I could hardly believe my eyes to find those damagedrecordings were retrieved in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Supurb technical support help me to recover over 200 photographs from a corrupted CD. Really excellent software, worth every penny! None! CDRoller does what it says it will. If only other software writers/companies supported their products as CDRoller is supported there would be far fewer frustrated users.
