"Good but tied to ask.com" Seems to be complete reporting tool I opted out of Ask.com but it it still tried to install it. Luckily winpatrol caught it. That's not right though. Good but there are others that don't install extra crap against your consent.

"Excellent, detailed information" Works with both Vista and Win7. None that I've found. All the information about your system you need specs, current drivers, system tempature etc.

PC Wizard used to be great replacement for Everest Free, best one to be precise. But now, after CPU ID acquired PC Wizard from previous owner, they remove Video Card detection if you do not have driver installed?!? Since I personally used to use PC Wizard for components detection for PC's I'm repairing and I need Video Card detection or else I have to open PC that I'm repairing, I had to find better solution. HwInfo32 is program that DO detect Video Card even that you do not have drivers installed. And PC Wizard is not useful any more :( Too bad

"all the info you'll ever need" shows ALL the info on every square inch of your PC BitDefender antivirus told me it blocked "several" viruses from being installed with install of PC Wizard 2009. false positive? good product, might need this info someday

"A "Must Have", Great tool for monitoring your PC!" The user interface is vastly improved over previous versions, as well as functionality. This is excellent for "peeking" into all the corners of your PC to monitor it's operation and also serves as an early warning of potential problems. None seen so far! If you are serious about maintaining your system, and taking a proactive approach to this as well, rather than responding after an incident occurs, PC Wizard 2010 should be on your list.

I've only used it for a few minutes, but so far it seems like a nice useful piece of software

Good program, I replaced Everest with it some time ago. It annoyingly installs the 'Ask Toolbar' even if you tick it not to, which though is easily removed. However as the program is free still 5 stars.

"Works great for me." I like it as much or better than SIW it seems a little faster. None that I can think of. Gives detailed description of everything on your computer. Just what I was looking for.

"Very skimpy information" Better than nothing Very scanty information provided. SIW provide 100 times more information in a simple format. Don't bother to download

"useful for temp indication" covers all of system none of note at this time

I cannot rate this highly enough. Tonnes and tonnes of information at your disposal. Nothing I can think off. Brilliant program, tell you absolutely everything that you need to know, and also is a good program for monitoring your system temp.

everyting you need for a good summery of machine nothing yet great all-rounder program does what the publisher says

Very fast, and provides an in-depth summary of installed hardware. Does not always find everything that's installed. As I frequently need to identify hardware in other people's computers to obtain drivers etc, and also in donated computers, it's quite a useful tool. However, it doesn't always find ALL of the components, but this is a minor complaint - a quick internet search usually finds anything that this program misses. Not a bad utility for those who need to quickly identify hardware components.

Free, full features Sometimes updates are slow to come (3 to 6 months). Great :)
