CIS is a very nice, very complete security suite. Really no major complaints at all. It can be a little busy when first installed, but settles down after you teach it your normal apps. Install and uninstall go very quickly and work glitch free. It runs smoothly and doesn't seem to slow things down at all. The only minor complaint I have is the tool bar and web search it installs by default, but you can easily opt out during install. (I advise you to do so) 1/2 point off for that! Try it, you'll like it.

"Not good..." ?????????? Blocked my Microsoft updates, was unable to update until I deleted Comodo Firewall...yes, tried allowing it, continued to block my updates...will never use this crap again! Useless, not good....don't bother!!

Extremely high security, FREE, good antivirus, lets you know everything your system is doing! Annoying as heck until it learns your preferences, advanced interface: takes some learning. Comodo is great for security, but it does take some getting used to. If you don't pay attention to what the alerts say, or go messing with the advanced settings, you can screw up your system. The first few weeks before it learns your safe programs it will annoy you every time anything wants to run, but after that it gets better. These cons are not even enough to lose a star in my opinion, as long as what you want is security.

Was an excellent firewall. Best free one at that. Well it doesn't work... missing a few files, and now won't uninstall or install. So was using this firewall, ruddy brilliant it was. Then my TechTracker said there was an update. So I reinstall the Firewall (so it'd be the updating one), and now it had missing files so wouldn't run. I try uninstalling but it can't find the uninstaller, so in short - I will never be able to use it again .. that is I don't remove every single trace of it and that's a pain up the rear end in doing so.

really effective and fairly easy to use had one small glitch when it tried to stop my mouse software I'm really happy with this product. I find it runs as advertised. The only problem I had was when it tried to block my mouse cursor software the screen froze for about a minute. I had to go in and permanently allow the program and since then everything has been fine.

Nothing can run without its surveillance. Mighty best protection. No cons. at all Powerful Perfect Best Free Firewall (I didn't install proposed Comodo Antivirus). Better than all other firewalls - "ZoneAlarm", "Ashampoo Firewall Free" etc. Believe me - I tried another firewalls, but "Comodo Firewall" is the best. You need to learn its Help step by step and everything will be all right after the learning. Best protection for safe surfing in the Internet, best for check on every action in the computer. Yes, you must have trouble with the settings and have to allow for every launch of an application, program etc, but Comodo Firewall remembers this permission and the next time allowed program runs without a question. Just don't lose the chance to press "Allow" when Comodo asks - the question dissapears after 20 sec. But you can change the time. In short there are huge quantity of options in the settings and you have very powerful protection. Download it without a doubt.

"A must have suite" 1. It has a great firewall.2. Free None so far I have not installed its antivirus but I found its firewall to be the best in the market

Comprehensive (but easy.) Faster. Free! A fantastic product!! None found (Windows XP.) I came BACK to Comodo firewall and switched to Comodo antivirus after previous trials of other versions. This is the one that I found easiest to set up and run, but still allows in-depth management of my computer's internet security. Its antivirus runs measurably faster than my last program. I'm most comfortable with Comodo Internet Security as it lets me know what it's doing, when it's doing it, so I always know it's working, and working well! AND when there are questionable files, it even lets you know when is a good time to forward it, to let them check it directly. Thank you for a great product and its service, "above-and-beyond [a call of duty]"!!

I use it since a while and like it. No memory hangs oder eater. Works like it should without any problems. Will use it in the future too.

"Greatantivirus, fast, filled the need, one MINOR note" First, I only use the antivirus so far. It's great b/c it is not a resource hog, it supposedly avoids redundant scans, and it is free for commercial use - esp. good for my school, shich is considered commercial use. Thank you, Comodo! The only glitch i've experienced so far has to do with MS Office 2000, and googling around, i'm not alone. If you have Office 2000, try the program, and if it gets in the way of Office, uninstall it -- it costs nothing to try. Fast, free, configurable, not hard to figure out. Like CNet says, watch your checkboxes when you install.
