Movie Label is a powerful and very easy-to-use movie library organizer. It enables you to catalog your entire movie collection (DVD, Blu-ray, VHS and movies on your harddrive such as Divx). It downloads all information about your movies and TV-series from the Internet, so there is no need for typing. Movie Label uses a solid database engine for optimal reliability and speed.

All you need to do is enter the movie title and it does the rest! The layout is excellent and in addition to the movie information it also downloads the links to trailers and other pieces of trivia. Highly recommend this to anyone who has a disk based collection or a mixed disk/hard drive collection of movies. Slightly slow to open up. Takes about the same time as opening up Excel 2007 or Word.

"Great" I like this version a lot. I enjoy the inventory of all of my movies. I have a 400 DVD player from Sony and now have it about half full. I print out the report and have it in a note book so I can go to the movie I want to watch.

"Great product for videos." It uses IMDB for video information. Great support, any problems I've noticed have been fixed very quickly. Not just work arounds but fixes. Requested features are acted upon quickly. Can't think of any. If you keep up on your database this product makes it easy to make sure you don't end up with duplicates.

"great way to track and keep movie info." I like having all the information about each movie in my collection. It's great that the computer does the work for you. I have my collection in an excel file and had to put it in a notepad to get it into the system Great

Nice, modern interface. Movie and cast/crew trivia is interesting. Inflexible, expensive, developer ignores suggestions. Costs more than ANY other program of this type, though it lacks features found in free programs. This program sits alone as the single most expensive movie database program out there, and for no good reason. Not only does it not to anything unique, but it lacks features that can be found in other programs that do what this does, and some of those are FREE! While you can number your objects, if you, like I do, have a numbering system that includes letters, you can't use it. Also, surprisingly, there are NO custom fields that you can use to display information you might want to track that the program normally doesn't (as I said, there ae free programs that do that!) For several versions I have been crontacting the developer to suggest these easily implemented features and have gotten no response whatsoever. If they want your money, they should at least respond to your suggestions, even if they decide not to implement them. Other than the trivia, there is really nothing that truly separates this program from the rest of the pack, except the price, and it's really not worth it. The average movie database program is around thirty dollars, with a few as high as forty. Given the limitations of MovieLabel, it borders on insulting to be asked to cough up fifty bucks for it. Before you drop half a C-note on this program, I strongly suggest you try out some of the many free and lower-cost programs first. Which brings up another thing; you'll have to hurry, because this program offers only a stingy 14-day trial.

"Easy to use with minimumal effort..." It gets most of the data from IMDB, finds possible matches from the data entered and you select from choices and it downloads the data for a single movie or a batch of them. The support system is fast and very responsive. None, really, none I've seen in my useage. This software really works well for keeping track of your videos. Even helps you keep track of the ones you are not smart enough NOT to loan to friends and relatives.

"Good, but not special." It helps me a lot to put order to my videos. Not very special, but helpful.

To be honest I am inclined to watch my movies in web sites with content locking scripts like: http://watchfreeonlinemoviesnow.tv or http://watchmoviesfreeonline.tv I've scanned this web sites with Virus total scanner a firefox plugin (if you dont already have it, get it! Is provided for free...) And they are free from worms, sure! the surveys are a pain.. but it does take really few seconds most of times plus the links will always be working.

English isn't my native idiom. I think there's good programs doing the same thing, even better, and free. An example: EMDB. Just write down the title of the movie and all information about it is got on the IMDb site. http://www.emdbonlinehelp.tk/

Getting better and better. Very fast startup now. Love the fact the option to scan from hardddrive. Best feature yet. Keep up the good work guys!!! One thing you could look into is to upgrade the Icons in the program. Then it would be almost perfect. Just upgraded my 2011 Pro license til 2012.
