who knows as I took it off quickly Aggressive install with toolbar and altered my home pages - it wiped them out and put on BING very disappointed could have been a pro customer

quick and easy to use froze my computer tight after every rip session if I tried to rip a second CD. Unless you're running Win Vista or Win 7, save yourself the aggravation. I'm running Win XP Ultimate on a dual-core driven machine with 2Gb of DDR2 RAM and I get all this grief. I have Version 3.5 on a Win Vista machine and it's flawless; version 3.6 isn't worth the trouble to download it.

Converted each of multiple formats to mp3s. No hang-ups went very smoothly. Wish destination file was automatic. Menu is not ez to navigate. Constant reminders for the pay version are distracting. Not fancy but it's free so...***.
